CoPilot 3D

CoPilot 3D

During my time at Walker Sands, their focus on AI inspired me to stay on top of this emerging technology. During coffee chats I’d always ask those on the creative team about their use of AI, which gave me a wider view of how I could incorporate it in my workflow.

I began experimenting with tools like Visual Electric and Midjourney, and even tried Microsoft CoPilot 3D (though

it’s still limited in some areas).

Highlights

  • Inspired by AI-focused conversations at Walker Sands

  • Explored software like Midjourney for concept development

  • Learned how AI can support early ideation and exploration

  • Tested Microsoft CoPilot 3D when it launched this summer

Tool Takeaways

  • Midjourney → Used to build out early marketing campaign concepts and expand visual directions

  • Visual Electric → Enjoyed its Figma-like interface

  • Microsoft CoPilot 3D → Explored new possibilities, though

    still early in development

ReadyMag

ReadyMag

Last year, I redesigned my portfolio in Readymag, a no-code website builder marketed toward creatives. I enjoyed trying the platform, but when it came time to update my site after my Walker Sands internship, I realized it didn’t give me the flexibility I needed to bring my ideas to life.

After researching, I discovered Framer, a platform with:

  • A design experience similar to Figma

  • A creative component library that matched my ideas

While there was a learning curve at first, taking the time to adapt

to Framer has given me greater control over my site’s design.

Highlights

  • Moved from Readymag to Framer for more creative freedom

  • Utilized my familiarity with Figma to easily build my portfolio

  • Overcame a small learning curve to gain additional skills

  • Built a more customizable, future-ready portfolio
